Life Mastery

Who is this program for

This program is designed for high-functioning individuals who have achieved measurable success yet feel internally misaligned, restless, or structurally scattered. From the outside, things may appear solid. Internally, something remains undefined.

It is for people who are no longer interested in chasing external markers simply because they are available. You may have built a career, accumulated responsibility, or reached positions of influence, yet still question whether the architecture of your life reflects who you actually are.

This work requires intellectual honesty and psychological maturity. It is suited for people who are willing to examine their own assumptions, challenge inherited narratives, and accept direct, unfiltered feedback. You do not need to be in crisis. But you do need to be ready for disciplined reflection and structured execution.

What We Work On

This program addresses the full structure of your life, not isolated goals. We examine identity, decision patterns, role alignment, and internal drivers. We clarify what is authentic versus what has been adopted from culture, expectation, or past success. We examine how meaning, responsibility, and performance intersect under real-world pressure. From there, we design structure—clear priorities, defined commitments, and repeatable behavioral standards that support who you actually want to be.

The work is integrated. Career, relationships, health, leadership, and internal stability are treated as parts of one system. We remove fragmentation and replace it with deliberate architecture.

Program Structure

Personal Mastery is delivered as a structured engagement rather than open-ended conversation. The process typically unfolds across a defined arc.

We begin with disciplined deconstruction—examining current roles, commitments, identity attachments, and decision patterns. From there we establish clarity around values, non-negotiables, and long-term direction. Structure is then built: measurable commitments, execution standards, and behavioral alignment across domains. The final phase consolidates implementation, stress-testing your architecture against real-world pressure and refining it for durability.

Between sessions, you will complete written reflection and structured assignments. Insight without application is not sufficient here. The standard is integration, not inspiration.

Why This Program is Different

This is not motivational coaching and it is not therapy. It is structured developmental work grounded in leadership science, behavioral psychology, contemplative philosophy, and two decades of clinical and executive experience.

The emphasis is on responsibility, clarity, and execution. You will be challenged. Assumptions will be examined. External success will not be accepted as evidence of internal alignment. The goal is coherence between who you are, what you commit to, and how you operate under pressure.

Because the work is founder-led and intentionally limited in capacity, engagement is selective and expectations are high on both sides.

What You Will Leave With

By the end of this engagement, you will have a clearly articulated life architecture—written, structured, and operational. You will have defined standards for decision-making, role prioritization, and personal conduct. You will understand the difference between inherited goals and authentic direction. Most importantly, you will possess a repeatable framework for ongoing self-correction, allowing you to adapt without losing structural integrity.

The objective is not dependence on coaching. The objective is durable self-authorship. This work is not casual. It is deliberate and demanding.

Application & Initial Consulttation

If this work aligns with your current stage, the next step is to submit the form below. Once received, your application will be reviewed personally by Dr. Dave. If appropriate, a member of the LifeWorks CDI team will contact you to schedule a focused 15-minute discovery consultation.

During that consultation, Dr. Dave will clarify your current position, assess fit, and outline a potential structure for engagement. If the program is not a fit, you will be told directly. If it is a fit, we will move forward with clear expectations and defined terms.
